Hearing to examine concerns regarding World Bank use of the Xinjiang
Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) to implement Tarim Basin projects
for development of water and agricultural resources in the Xinjiang region
of China.
XPCC is a quasi-military organization with multiple functions, allegedly

Xinjiang.
